We currently ship within the United Kingdom & International

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer — please refer to individual product descriptions for details.

✈️ International Orders

International orders are Tracked as standard and costs are calculated at checkout. We use Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) services for most international destinations, meaning no additional customers charges or import fees are due upon delivery. Delivery times may vary due to postal delays.

📦 Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days within the UK

  • Tracked Shipping: 1–3 business days within the UK

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed at checkout when available.

🧾 Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We’ll investigate with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
