🌍 Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
🚚 Processing Time
Orders are normally made, processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Some custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Where this applies, this will be stated on the individual product page.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time below.
📦 UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Hampshire, United Kingdom, using Royal Mail.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, severe weather or seasonal demand.
💰 Shipping Costs
Standard UK delivery is free.
Where an alternative or upgraded delivery service is available, the price will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
🧾 Order Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you are expecting tracking information and haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
