Refund & Returns Policy – Shimmer Craft Creations

Thank you for shopping with Shimmer Craft Creations.
Because our items are handmade and often personalised or made to order, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges once your order has been confirmed, unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error made by us, . However, we will always work with you to make sure your order arrives correctly and in good condition.
If something isn't quite right, please get in touch within 7 Days of delivery with a photo and brief description of the issue. we'll do our best to put it right, including a replacement where appropriate.
🪡 Custom & Handmade Items
All our products are crafted with care. For custom or personalised items, a mock-up or proof may be provided before production. Once you approve a design or mock-up, we begin production and cannot guarantee a full refund for any errors visible in the approved proof.
If an error occurs on our end (for example, we produce something different from the approved design), we will correct the issue, replace the item, or issue a refund.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following situations:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

The item does not arrive (confirmed lost in transit).
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges may not be refundable.
🔁 Replacements
If your order does not arrive, we will gladly send a replacement, but you will be responsible for paying postage for the replacement unless the loss is confirmed to be our fault or due to a courier error.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
🚫 Returns
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Design or personalisation issues that match the approved mock-up

Items that have been used or altered after delivery
Items sent back to us without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
🏠 Return Address
If we authorise a return for inspection (for example, for a damaged item), we will provide instructions and the return address in our email reply. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
